Valentines Day Menu $150 per Couple
1st course – choice of
Endive salad
Baby arugula, bleu cheese crumbles, candied walnuts, granny smith apple, balsamic vinaigrette.
Goat cheese salad
Mixed greens, Toasted almonds, cranberry, mandarin oranges, apple cider vinaigrette and topped with crumbled goat cheese.
2nd course – choice of
Lobster bisque
Topped with parmesan/fresh herb crostini.
Creamy tomato basil soup
Served with fresh herb crostini
3rd course – choice of
Roasted red pepper shrimp
U10 shrimp sautéed in a lemon butter and served over linguine in a roasted red pepper & sherry wine sauce.
8hr Braised short rib
Fork tender short rib basted in a Port Demi glaze and served over potato mousseline and green beans, topped with crispy onions & fresh herbs.
Honey glazed salmon
Wood fire grilled Atlantic salmon marinated in a honey glaze and served over Israeli couscous & green beans.
Dessert course
Champagne & gran Marnie infused Sabayon with fresh berries. “light and airy custard infuse with spiririts”
